The short answer
Fall cleanup deals with leaves and loose yard debris. We pick up leaves and branches, rake the lawn and haul away the agreed debris. It helps clear the lawn before the next season.
A thin layer of finely chopped leaves can return plant matter to the lawn. A heavy layer that hides the grass is different. It can block light and mat down when wet.
If leaves are piling up faster than you can deal with them, pickup can help. Tell us where they gather and whether more are still falling.

You can request leaf pickup, branch pickup, lawn raking and debris hauling. The quote confirms which areas to clear and the amount of work.
Leaves may be spread over the grass or tucked along a fence. Branches may be mixed in. Let us know about both so we can plan the cleanup.
Debris hauling covers the agreed yard work. If you have other waste or very large branches, ask about it first. Do not add items to a pile and assume they can all be taken.
You do not have to wait for a perfect leaf-free day to send a request. Tell us how full the yard is now. Let us know if trees are still dropping leaves.
A single cleanup clears the agreed work at that visit. It does not stop more leaves from falling. If you want to discuss more than one visit, include that in the quote request. Availability and timing need to be confirmed.
Soft ground and weather can affect the work. A calendar date alone cannot tell us the state of your lawn.
Start with a clear lawn and a short list of what is left to do. A cleanup is useful, but it is not every kind of fall yard work.
After leaves are cleared, take note of bare patches, worn paths or spots that stayed wet. It can be hard to recall them once the yard is covered again.
Those notes can help when you ask for spring work. They do not mean you need to book every service now. Start with the cleanup, then choose what the lawn needs next.

More leaves may fall after a visit. Ask about further work if you need it; repeat visits are not assumed.
A light layer can be useful. A thick mat covering the grass is a different matter. If the lawn is buried, clearing it may be the better next step.
No sprinkler winter care is promised as part of a cleanup. Ask about your system as a separate job.
